If your personalized item requires remaking, the delivery might be delayed. We only ship items that pass our strict quality checks to ensure you receive the perfect product.
Returns Policy
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your custom jersey arrives defective, please contact us via our online form with your order number and a photo of the item highlighting the issue. Our customer support team will assist you promptly.
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please ensure the size, name, and number provided during customization are correct, as we are not responsible for errors made by customers.
Cancellations and Returns
Due to the personalized nature of custom jerseys, a $15 customization fee per item is included in your purchase.
- To cancel your order, email us with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
- If production has already started, cancellations are subject to a $15 restocking fee per item.
Refunds will be issued for the original amount paid, minus shipping fees and discounts. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Exchange and Return Policy
Custom items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. Please refer to the Damaged or Misprinted Items policy or contact customer service for assistance.
Non-Returnable Issues:
- Damage caused by misuse or mishandling.
- Returns due to a change of mind.
- Personalized items that are not defective or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
