Welcome to StoJerseys! These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of our websites, mobile sites, marketplace listings, messaging functions, and/or apps (collectively, the "Site"). Collectively, these are referred to as the "Policies."

1.2 Content and Licensing

"Content" refers to any artwork, designs, images, text, or other media submitted by you to StoJerseys for use on the Site or on products created by StoJerseys ("Products"). You retain ownership of your content but grant StoJerseys a license to use it as described in this Agreement and related Policies.

If your content is made publicly available for sale or download, additional terms from the Designer License Agreement and Associates Agreement will apply.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Setup and Security

To use certain features of the Site, you must create an account, providing an email, password, and necessary payment or tax information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Always log out when using shared devices.

2.2 Reporting Security Breaches

Notify StoJerseys immediately of any unauthorized account use or security breaches. StoJerseys is not liable for damages resulting from your failure to secure your account.

3. User Conduct

3.1 Prohibited Activities

While using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Upload or share unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any entity.
  • Use the Site for illegal activities, including child exploitation or harmful practices.

6.2 Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Promotional discounts are subject to specific terms. StoJerseys reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or policy violations.

7. Returns and Refunds

Refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy for details on eligible returns, refunds, and exchanges. Custom products may have specific restrictions.

8. Promotions and New Features

Promotions, contests, and new features may have additional terms. Review these terms before participating.

9. Termination of Use

StoJerseys reserves the right to terminate your account for violating this Agreement. In such cases, any pending payments or royalties may be withheld.
